Nathan Casserly is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of OC Real Estate. Established in 2014, OC is a dynamic and innovative property firm specialising in residential sales, property management, and project marketing.

Nathan entered the real estate industry in 2007. He holds a Diploma of Management, a Bachelor of Education, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. With an insatiable appetite for learning, Nathan fosters a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement within the business and across the industry.

He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and a mentor to the next generation of real estate professionals, including members of his own team. Known for his communication skills, reliability, auctioneering talent, and exceptional negotiation ability, Nathan thrives in fast-paced environments like the property market.

Driven by OC’s values and vision to help people realise their dreams through property, Nathan’s passion for innovation and forward thinking ensures OC continues to evolve in a rapidly changing industry.

Outside of work, he is devoted to his wife Rachel and their two daughters, Annabel and Audrey. Health, family, and adventure remain his core priorities, along with being an active contributor to his local community.
