My experience with OC projects has been great. I was probably someone that was asking lots and lots of questions, the communication was very good, any questions that I had were answered extremely promptly. They have been absolutely fantastic.

OCP were engaged very early in the process to work with Arcadian, Studio 9 and other stakeholders. From the initial brief, they worked with the branding agency to position the project, and their advice in “who” would be our target market was invaluable and in the end unbelievably accurate. Their internal digital team did exactly what they said they’d do… deliver 2700 qualified leads to get 27 sales, which is 99% complete now. To think that this process won the State UDIA Marketing Excellence award and has now been nominated for a National title was also pretty impressive. Consistent communication and reporting were also a hallmark, in our time in the development space the best we’ve ever encountered.
